Arrival Instructions: After leaving Customs Hall proceed to front exit, you will be greeted by one of our representative holding a sign with your name. He/she will assist you with your luggage to the waiting vehicle and you’ll be transported to your hotel of choice. It was my fist time to Jamaica and it was a very great experience from start to finish. The customer service agent that I spoke with ensure that all my question were answered and assist me with booking my transfer, she was great. When I arrived at the airport their was an airport agent was very welcoming she had a sign with my name on it as well as the driver come around to pick us up in less than 2 minutes and assist us with our luggage, I had so many questions but my driver (Roger) had no issues with answering them for me. Great Service
