Airport Arrival Pick Up Instructions:
After exiting the customs hall, please proceed to the front exit. Once outside you will be greeted by one of our representatives holding a sign marked “JAMAICA TRANSFER ONLINE" along with your name. He will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the waiting vehicle. Please ensure you present your voucher to the representative upon arrival or during departure transfers at the time of your hotel pick-up.
