Arrival Instructions: After leaving Customs Hall proceed to front exit, you will be greeted by one of our representative holding a sign with your name. He/she will assist you with your luggage to the waiting vehicle and you’ll be transported to your hotel of choice. Please ensure you print your booking confirmation receipt and present to the representative upon arrival or present to your driver for departure pick-up.

 

Departure Instructions: Please be in your driver in the lobby 5 minutes prior to the pre-arranged pickup time for airport transfer.
