These terms and conditions govern the use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. You must read this Agreement before using the website and booking a Transfer or Tour. Use of this website constitutes an agreement to all Terms and Conditions in this Agreement and you warrant that you understand, agree to and accept all terms and conditions contained here.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using this website and by agreeing to these terms and conditions you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.  User will only use this website to make legitimate reservations for themselves or any other persons for whom the user is legally authorized to act for.

Airport Transfers

When placing a booking you undertake to us that the details you have supplied are correct, including passenger names, dates of travel and time of arrival/departure. If there are changes to the details supplied, it will be your responsibility to contact us and request changes.

Full payment is due at the time of booking. Upon receipt of payment, Jamaica Transfers Online will issue a booking confirmation Voucher by email within 48 hours.

If you do not receive a booking confirmation from us within 48 hours you must let us know by email as failure to do so may lead to missed emails about your booking which we cannot be held responsible for. It is your responsibility at all times to ensure that your email address or contact number remains active. If your email address or contact number change, you must advise us immediately and similarly let us know if you do not receive our acknowledgment of your email address change within 48 hours.

Prior to travelling, customers must print out and ensure that they travel with their Airport Transfer Confirmation voucher. The booking confirmation email is not the Airport Transfer Confirmation voucher. Confirmation Voucher contains important information therefore customers must take these with them on holiday.

Amendments

Amendments or changes to your booking must be received in writing from the lead named passenger and the email address we have on the booking at least 24 hours before delivery dates. Additional charges may be applicable, for which you will be advised at the time of the amendment.

Please note that any incorrect information on the documentation received from us, must be brought to our attention within seven days of the date of issue of the received documents. We will not accept responsibility if you neglect to check the validity of all the information provided after the time period specified above.

Special Request

Jamaica Transfers Online tries to facilitate our guests by providing infant/child seats. At the time of booking it is the customer's responsibility to advise us of any special requests for a child seat for transfers. Please note however, these cannot be guaranteed. Where child seats are available, we will provide a car seat for infants up to three years old at a cost of $10.00 per trip additionally.

Excess Baggage

If you are carrying any excess luggage such as more than 1 bag per person, golf clubs, bicycles, strollers, but not limited to, or other oversized items, you will need to inform us when booking to ensure we can provide the correct vehicle. Should you fail to notify us, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred.

Fees

No portion of transfer fees is transferable or refundable once service is provided.

Additional Persons

You are not permitted to include additional persons on your transfers without the prior approval of Jamaica Transfers Online . 1 - 4 people applies at the time of booking only.  Once booking is completed, any addition will attract an additional fee.  In any case Jamaica Transfers Online are only liable to transport the number of persons booked for at the time of booking. Any addition will attract an additional fee and the appropriate fees will be applied at the time of amendment. Failure to make the required payment will result in only the transportation of the original persons booked.

Tours and Excursions

Jamaica Transfers Online is a transportation service provider that seeks to connect You with Tours and excursions provided by third party attraction owners.  We do this through our website,www.jamaicatransfersonlines.com

You understand that the Tours represented on this website are provided by independent owners. You hereby represent, understand and expressly agree that Jamaica Transfers Online does not control the quality, timing, legality or any other aspect whatsoever of the services actually delivered by these third party owners, nor of the integrity, responsibility or any of the actions whatsoever of these companies.

Jamaica Transfers Online s will use its best efforts to offer services provided by those companies who are reputable and offer quality services in accordance with the Jamaica Tourist Board.  We have taken care and responsibility to verify and check all information provided on our website at the time of compilation; however as this information is supplied by the relevant attraction, tour, cruise operator, we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracy contained in the information provided on our website. 

Conditions of Bookings

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings whether online or through our contact service. By booking with us you agree to be bound and abide by the following rules and conditions: User authorizes us to make reservation for the total reservation price displayed on this website.  User may cancel or change their prepaid reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.  User agrees to pay any cancellation charges or fees that may apply.  All costs are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated.  All rates are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to offer alternative tour package of a similar standard in the event that the supplier overbook their property or for any reasons beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation by You must be made by telephone or email and acknowledged by Jamaica Transfers Online 7 days prior to the provision of service. The date on which the request to cancel is received by Jamaica Transfers Online will determine the refund due as follows:

Cancellation 7 days or more before:  Amount paid less upfront costs. These upfront costs may represent out of pocket expenses for tickets, or cost to reserve excursion.
Cancellation 72 hours before: 50% of amount paid less upfront costs. These upfront costs may represent out of pocket expenses for tickets, or cost to reserve excursion.
Cancellation 24 hours or less: no refund

In some cases, Jamaica Transfers Online  may cancel a tour due to weather or other circumstance. In the event that Jamaica Transfers Online  cancels the tour, You may choose between a rescheduling of the tour OR a full refund of all monies paid or a credit towards an alternative tour. If you choose to accept a credit, the difference in the cost of the alternative tour will be refunded or paid by You as applicable.

Information:
Jamaica Transfers Online is not responsible for wrong information such as incorrect flight info, dates, e-mail address or any information submitted by you. We will not make compensation payments for any cancellation/changes caused by any incorrect information supplied by you.

Jamaica Transfers Online will put its' best endeavours to find and rectify any errors and omission as quickly as possible. However, there may be times when obvious errors occur such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect. In this case Jamaica Transfers Online shall reserve the right to cancel that contract and the customer will not have any liability to this regard.

Personal Effects Responsibilities:
Jamaica Transfers Online is not responsible for loss, damaged or stolen personal effects while on our services.

 Refund Policy

Clients shall receive a refund if cancellation terms and conditions are complied with. Deposits are non -refundable deposits with the exception of poor weather or cancellation on the part of Jamaica Transfers Online. If a customer fails to comply with cancellation terms, absolutely no refund shall be due. If you decide, for any reason whatsoever, not to participate in all or part of your scheduled transfer or excursion, Jamaica Transfers Online will not be required to make any refunds. There is absolutely no refund for no-shows and those who wish to cancel upon the start of tour/transfer. Refunds (when eligible) take up to 30 business days to process.

Bank & Credit Card Fees

Some banks and credit cards impose fees for cross-border transactions. By reserving your tour and taxi on this website, you may see an additional cost/fee appearing on your credit card statement. This fee is solely determined by your Bank and/or Credit Card Company and Jamaica Transfers Onlines takes no responsibility for these associated costs. If you have any questions about these types of fees applied to your reservation, please contact your bank directly.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK 
You acknowledges that tours offered on this website may be adventurous in nature and may involve a significant amount of personal risk. You hereby assume all such risk and hereby release Jamaica Transfers Online from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these inherent risks.

In the event that you breach this agreement and file a chargeback, upon a resolution you agree to reimburse us for any costs incurred in researching and responding to such chargeback, including our actual costs paid to the card processor or our banks, other third parties, and the reasonable value of the time of our employees spent on the matter. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a transaction, we also reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in the chargeback abuser databases. and instead, abide by the terms and conditions of the website.

Due to users agreeing to these terms and conditions, booking tours, and transportation services on our website, you are also agreeing to pay any cancellation charges or change fees that may apply. All costs are shown in United States dollars; (US$) on less otherwise stated. All rates are subjected to change without notice. We do not accept any liability of whatsoever nature for the acts, omissions, or defaults, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers in connection with your travel pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct control.

Jamaica Transfers Onlines obligations and liabilities do not extend beyond that of a booking agency and therefore jamaica transfers onlines shall not be held liable for any loss or damage/s that the Hirer may incur as a result of a mechanical breakdown while on charter. The Hirer acknowledges that jamaica transfers onlines shall not be held liable for any mechanical breakdowns/disturbances of the Hire however should any mechanical breakdown occur prior to or during the Hire including an accident or if the vehicle is no longer safe to drive, then the company shall endeavor, without guarantee to do so, make alternative arrangements to get the Hirer to their destination. jamaica transfers onlines may use its discretion in order to determine the method of alternative travel arrangement or alternatively the Hirer may make their own alternative arrangements bearing their own costs. Failure by Jamaica Transfers Online to enforce any provision(s) of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
